The Job:

Property needed complete overhaul with new kitchen, bathroom, floors and coverings, painting throughout and styling furniture.

The Result:

The property had slate floors throughout the living area which stayed as they were too expensive to remove. A white palette was partnered with a soft smokey grey carpet in the bedrooms. A fresh white kitchen and bathroom together with styled furniture completed ‘the look’ and maximised the opportunity of achieving the best possible price. The property sold at auction – a delighted vendor!
