PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
S2f manages the entire project by bringing in a team of skilled and reliable builders, together with all trades. We will completely take the pain and stress of what can sometimes be a very stressful time whilst allowing you to enjoy the whole experience of a smooth and timely renovation. Sit back and watch your dream home take shape and ultimately evolve into a place you are very proud to call home.
FINISHES/FURNITURE:
Choosing finishes and fixtures can be a sometimes exhausting and mind-boggling experience. Let our knowledge and keen eye for detail create the specific look you are after. We have access to custom joinery, bathroom and kitchen suppliers together with soft furnishing houses which allows us to bring the whole project together in a unique and creative way.
PRE-SALE MAKEOVER:
Specialising in quick and simple renovations, S2f is able to transform your ugly duckling in a matter of one to two weeks if necessary – all on a shoe string budget. We have the experience, know-how and the trades all at hand to get your property looking its best for the new tenant or new owner.
STYLING:
S2f can also offer a styling service if we are preparing your home for sale. We understand the property market having worked very closely with sales agents over the past 12 years. We know how important styling is for presentation however it’s also an integral part of the sales and marketing campaign – you need striking marketing photos to draw in your potential purchasers!! This can only be achieved with contemporary / interesting pieces.
